Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by pk34
pk34 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Upon termination, the user's right to access the Platform will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the user's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
